Most important functions are the following:
- Access control to community or urbanization: this includes the possibility of key holding service, opening and closing doors, as well as helping people or vehicles access.
- Reception service and attention to owners, suppliers and visitors in general
- Traffic control in restricted areas or restricted circulation within the community to ensure compliance with it.
- Control of boilers, lights, goods and facilities in general of the community of owners to ensure the proper functioning of them.
